The French SHOCKER!

I like to throw a little French into the classes I teach. Just a few words here and there. The younger students really think it is neat. A student asked a question and my response was, "Exactement, mon ami!" Every second grade student was asking their neighbor, "What does that mean?" One cute girl in the very back of the room turned to her friend and said, "I think it means: exactly, my friend." With a very shocked look I asked how she knew that. She said, "I am half French or something like that." Funny, eh!
